This Privacy Policy explains how Our Moment collects, uses, stores, Our Moment and shares information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Content You Provide
Photos, images, and media you upload for video generation
Optional text inputs (e.g., titles, short messages, captions)
Note: Uploaded photos may contain faces or other sensitive visual information depending on your content.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
Device information (model, OS version, language settings)
App usage events (template selection, generation success/failure)
Performance and diagnostic logs (crash logs, latency, error codes)
1.3 Subscription & Purchase Data
Purchases are processed by Apple. We may receive limited subscription-related signals such as:
whether a subscription is active
subscription tier (if applicable)
We do not receive your full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and operate the Service (process uploads, generate videos)
Improve generation quality and reliability (debugging, failure analysis, performance tuning)
Ensure safety and prevent abuse (fraud detection, policy enforcement)
Customer support (responding to user requests and issues)
Compliance with legal obligations
3. Face Data and Biometric-Related Processing
Your uploaded photos may include faces. Our systems may perform technical steps such as:
- face detection and alignment
- segmentation or masking
- rendering and compositing into templates
These steps are used solely to generate your requested video output and improve consistency.
We do NOT:
- perform facial recognition
- identify individuals
- compare faces against any database
- extract or store biometric identifiers (such as faceprints)
- use face data for profiling
- use your uploaded photos to train our own AI models
We do not sell face data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or ad targeting.
4. Data Storage and Retention
4.1 Uploaded Photos
Uploaded photos are temporarily stored on secure cloud servers for processing purposes (for example, to complete generation requests and provide customer support).
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours after upload. Photos may be deleted earlier if system storage thresholds are reached.
4.2 Generated Videos
Generated videos are stored on our secure servers for up to 7 days to allow users to view, download, manage, or delete their content within the app.
Users may manually delete generated videos at any time within the app. After 7 days, generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers.
4.3 Log and Diagnostic Data
We may retain limited technical logs and diagnostic data (such as crash logs, latency, and error codes) for operational, security, debugging, abuse-prevention, and compliance purposes for a limited period consistent with applicable law.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with:
- Third-party AI service providers that process uploaded content solely to generate the requested video outputs (currently including: nano-banana (fast/3.0), veo/veo 3.1, seedream, and Sora)
- Service providers that help operate the app (e.g., hosting, analytics, security), under confidentiality obligations
- Apple for purchases and subscription management (as part of In-App Purchase flows)
- Legal authorities if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
Uploaded photos and related content are transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We do not share face data with advertisers.
Note: We do not independently control the internal data retention or model training policies of third-party AI providers. We encourage users to review those providers’ privacy policies.
6. International Transfers
Our servers or vendors may be located in different countries. Where applicable, we take reasonable measures to protect data transfers consistent with legal requirements.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- request access to your data
- request deletion of your data
- object to or restrict certain processing
Content deletion:
- Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Generated videos can be deleted by you at any time within the app, and will also be automatically deleted after 7 days if not deleted earlier.

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can be completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Moment is not intended for children under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised version.
