4.1 Uploaded Photos

Uploaded photos are temporarily stored on secure cloud servers for processing purposes (for example, to complete generation requests and provide customer support).

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours after upload. Photos may be deleted earlier if system storage thresholds are reached.

4.2 Generated Videos

Generated videos are stored on our secure servers for up to 7 days to allow users to view, download, manage, or delete their content within the app.

Users may manually delete generated videos at any time within the app. After 7 days, generated videos are automatically deleted from our servers.

4.3 Log and Diagnostic Data

We may retain limited technical logs and diagnostic data (such as crash logs, latency, and error codes) for operational, security, debugging, abuse-prevention, and compliance purposes for a limited period consistent with applicable law.
