Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to purchases of auto-renewable subscriptions in Our Moment.
1. Subscription Types
Our Moment offers auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase, which may unlock:
access to premium story templates
video generation/export features
other subscription-only capabilities as described in-app
Specific subscription names, pricing, and durations are shown on the Apple purchase screen.
2. Billing and Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Our Moment
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.
4. Free Trials (If Offered)
If a free trial is available:
It converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
Apple may restrict free trials to eligible accounts only
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. Our Moment cannot directly issue refunds for Apple In-App Purchases.
6. Changes to Pricing or Plans
Apple may allow price changes. If required, Apple will notify you and/or request confirmation according to their policies.
