The preview uses example photos. Your video is auto-adapted to your photos (framing, crop, face position, and aspect ratio), so differences in composition and lighting can change the final look — that’s normal.
Generation typically completes in 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If it takes longer, common causes include:
Try switching to stable Wi‑Fi, restarting the app, or re-uploading your photos. If it still fails, contact support.
We support common formats: JPG / JPEG / PNG.
If your photo won’t upload (e.g., HEIC on some phones), convert it to JPG and try again.
To keep video ratio consistent across templates, we apply smart cropping automatically. If someone gets cut off, use a photo with more space around the subject or keep the subject closer to center.
In the current version, subscribed users can export videos at a resolution of 1920 × 1080. We will continue optimizing future versions to support more resolution options.
Free exports may include a watermark. Premium exports can remove watermarks and enable higher quality downloads.
If a generation task does not finish successfully, it normally won’t consume a credit. If you see any issue, contact support and we’ll help.

We take privacy seriously. Photos are used only to generate your video. We don’t publicly display your uploads. Data may be retained briefly to complete processing, then removed according to our Privacy Policy.
